May The Fourth Be With You A Beltane Celebration

*Everyone will line up in two lines. One line is for the light side of the Force or the dark side.

HPS - “Ahsoka the grey, please come forward to bless this area.”

Ahsoka - walks around the circle clockwise and says, “In My Experience, Just When You Think You Understand The Force, You Find Out How Little You Actually Know."

HPS- “It is now time for the galaxy to speak from its Quadrants.”

The Core- R2-D2 makes sounds that invite action and adventure. 

Outer Rim- (C-3PO) “What?! Go on adventures? Explore the galaxy? You must be short-circuiting again! We are droids, after all... Nothing exciting ever happens to us!”

Unknown space- “To those who lived in the Unknown Regions, it was known as the Chaos. "The Chaos was a very dangerous place to navigate due to supernovae, black holes, gravity wells, and strange phenomena!!”

Mortis Planet: “This is the home of the ones. The daughter, the light side of the force, the son, the dark side of the force, the father, the balance of the force.” 

HPS- May the Bendu step forward and give us a story and a lesson of the force. 

(Also, at this time, Qui-Gon Jinn and Darth Maul start circling each other to square up for a lightsaber fight.) 

The Bendu -

“In the galaxy far, far away. There must be both dark and light. I will do what I must to keep the balance, for it is what holds all life. There is no good without evil, but evil must not be allowed to flourish. There is passion, yet peace; serenity, yet emotion; chaos, yet order. I am a wielder of the flame, a champion of balance. I am a guardian of life.

The force is a valley. The galaxy is part of that valley. The dark side is the river that runs through it, and the light side is the riverbank.

The valley would decay and die without the river. But when the river overflows its banks, it floods and destroys the valley. The riverbank must be strong enough to prevent the river from overflowing. It will never destroy the river, no matter how strong. It'll only protect the valley.

So while the Jedi can be a stand-in for the light and the riverbank, the Sith are not the river. Rather, they are trying to destroy the riverbank so that the river may flood.”

(The Bendu rings the bell, and Qui-Gon and Maul begin to fight)

“The Sith are not the dark side. The Sith are using the dark side to pervert the valley. Darkness, like the river, is not intrinsically bad. In fact, it's even necessary for the valley's health. But using the darkness to overflow the river and destroy the valley is evil.

That's why bringing balance to the force requires their destruction.”

*Qui-Gon and Maul keep going at each other until the two droids start sending off the warning signal. 

*R2-D2 and C-3PO start moving around a circle in a panic on the outer part of the circle, away from Qui-Gon and Maul. Warning of incoming danger. ⚠️

*R2-D2 will have audio playing from their phone. 

*C-3PO keeps repeating “We’re doomed!”

*Then Abeloth comes into the middle and starts taunting everyone. By laughing maniacally.

*Qui-Gon and Maul stop fighting each other to look at her.

*The Bendu comes forward and says:

“This Abeloth, she is known as the mother to the ones. She was once a mortal woman who discovered the father, the son, and the daughter. Out of her love for them, she drank from the Font of Power and bathed in the pool of knowledge. Through her actions, she was corrupted, becoming the mother of chaos. 

Both light and dark must be used to destroy her. She is stronger than either side of the force alone. You two know what you must do to defeat her.”

*An epic battle among the three of them begins. 

*Qui-Gon and Maul work as a team and defeats her.

*Everyone cheers. “There is a balance of the force!”  

*Maul betrays Qui-Gon and kills him.

*Qui-Gon becomes a force ghost. 

*All four quadrants give out cakes and ale. 

HPS - “The universe was saved from chaos by the balance of the force.” 

*The droids collect the trash from each person.

HPS- Standing in the center -

“I am here to dismiss the quadrants. Core, outer, unknown, and Mortis. Today, the universe was saved from the Mother of Chaos by the balance of the Force. I set you back in Balance.

HPS - Returning to the circle -

“We are going to release the energy that we built today to bring Balance. Going counterclockwise, we will say to each other. “May the force be with you!) I will begin it.”

HPS - “Now the ritual is over.”
